Q. Can I use a Post Office Box as my shipping address?

PLEASE NOTE: All UPS shipments must have a physical (street) address. (UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.) If you' ve entered a P.O. Box, for your shipping address, please change it to a physical address. Shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.

Q. How long before I receive my order?

Orders paid by credit cards are processed immediately. We ship out your orders within 2 business days*. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow two weeks for delivery. Delivery may occur sooner depending on location.

Q. What Methods of Payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, Paypal, Checks and Money orders .

Q. Is The Website Secure in order to enter Credit Card Details?

Yes. Our Website is secure for you to enter credit card details. If you wish to check security, click on the logo to review and verify the security certificate details.

Q. I don't have a Credit Card. Can I use my Bank Checkcard to place an order?

Yes. You Can Obsolutely use your Bank Checkcard to place an order with us.

Q.  I don't have a Credit Card or a checking account. Can I still place my order by mail sending in a money order?

Yes. You can place your order by mail using a money order. Make sure to write your Name and Address on the money order, and attach it to your order form. Mail it to:

Q. I mailed in my order and included a personal check. Why hasn't my order been shipped to me yet?

The processing time for mail orders with personal checks usually takes longer. If you paid for your order using a personal check, your order may be subject to a "hold" and may not begin processing for up to seven business days after the order is placed to ensure the bank payment clears.

Once your order is released from this hold, our warehouse will then ship your order to your location.

Q. Do you Ship Internationally? Are there any Restrictions?

We ONLY ship within the Continental United States, to Physical addresses.

Q. Do I need authorization for returns or Product repacement?

Yes. To return merchandise for credit or replacement, simply call or email Gold-N-Gifts.com within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Return products must be received by Gold-N-Gifts.com within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be in its original condition, minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Gold-N-Gifts.com. Non-defective merchandise returns may incur a restocking fee.
